PIS devices for new railway stops in Kraków
DYSTEN will deliver and install the operational components of PKP PLK’s Central Dynamic Passenger Information System (Manager of the national railway network) at the new Kraków Piastów and Kraków Kościelniki stops.
The platforms of both locations will be equipped with the following devices:
- train sensors,
- double-sided clocks,
- public address system.
In addition, at the Kraków Piastów stop, passengers will have access to multifunctional displays.
The Kraków Kościelniki stop will be built along railway line No. 95 (Kraków Nowa Huta – Podłęże) near Pysocice Street. Meanwhile, Kraków Piastów will be located in the area of Powstańców and Piasta Kołodzieja streets, at the intersection of railway lines No. 95 and 8. The new platforms will be accessible to passengers in 2025.
The investments are part of the “Government Program for the Construction or Modernization of Railway Stops for 2021-2025.”
