LED passenger information displays in Siedlce

DYSTEN has been appointed as the contractor for Phase 2 of the project titled “Purchase and installation of renewable energy bus shelters and dynamic passenger information boards, execution of power connections for the boards in the ‘design and build’ formula.”
The contract was signed on February 25, 2025, and this investment is set to enhance public transport accessibility in Siedlce significantly.
The project scope includes:
- Supply and installation of 51 new LED passenger information displays, offering passengers real-time information on bus schedules.
- Implementation of the Dynamic Passenger Information System (DPIS) – integrating 51 new and 16 existing DPI display units into the city’s transport network.
- Installation of power connections for displays.
The project is set to be completed in the first quarter of 2026.
Siedlce invests in public transport development
In partnership with neighboring municipalities, the City of Siedlce is executing a large-scale public transport modernisation project, co-financed by the European Funds for Eastern Poland 2021-2027 under Priority FEPW.03 Sustainable Urban Mobility.
This initiative aims to develop a modern, integrated public transport system that addresses the evolving needs of residents while promoting sustainable regional development.
With total funding exceeding PLN 101 million, this project represents a significant step toward achieving a more modern, accessible, and environmentally sustainable urban transport network.
