A complete passenger information display system for Dąbrowa Górnicza

The construction of a transfer center at the railway station and reconstruction of the road system is one of the key urban investments in Dąbrowa Górnicza. The investment is scheduled to be completed by the end of March 2023. Work in the area of the railway station has just started.

The DYSTEN company will construct, deliver, install and launch a complete passenger information display system for the task called: Construction of a transfer center in the area of the Central Railway Station along with the construction of a supporting communication system as part of the investment task – “Promoting green mobility in the Dąbrowa Górnicza commune” Stage I i Stage II and reconstruction of the railway and road infrastructure in the area of the Dąbrowa Górnicza station, including the liquidation of the category A rail-road crossing at km 299.522 of railway line No. 1 along ul. Konopnicka, construction of a railway viaduct/road tunnel at ul. Kościuszki and ul. Limanowskiego and the construction of an underpass under the tracks connecting the platforms with the station building and the Transfer Center, as part of the project entitled: “Improving safety at the intersections of railway lines and roads – stage III”, implemented for the Dąbrowa Górnicza Commune and with PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. based in Warsaw.

A complete dynamic passenger information system compliant with the latest IPI 6 PKP PLK requirements will include, among others: with approximately 40 passenger information displays and a public address system.
