LED displays in Czechowice-Dziedzice

In 2010, we delivered LED displays for Dynamic Passenger Information System for Public Transport Company in Czechowice-Dziedzice. LED displays provide great visibility of characters regardless of the season, time of the day and the amount of sunshine. For this reason, they are dedicated for outdoor installations such as bus stops and platforms.

Devices details

Provided devices have the shape of the letter “V”, so that passengers can see displayed information at a better angle. LED displays allow displaying five lines of text on two sides of the device. Every line can include 35 characters and the readability is up to 15 meters. In the upper right corner there is a clock built in. On the unit, there are placed subtitles “Line”, “Direction” and “Departure”, each of them is centered and highlighted. Displays have a system for automatic adjustment of brightness and the glass covered by anti-reflective coating. With these solutions, the displayed contents are clearly visible regardless of weather conditions or time of the day.

LED displays are designed for outdoor use, so they have numerous security. Each of them has locks that can be opened with one specialized key. The devices are able to operate at temperatures between -30ºC to 60ºC and the minimum time of continuous operation is 100 000 hours. Each of them has casing that protects the display from corrosion, weather conditions and dust according to IP 55.
