Responsibilities
- Handling service requests in accordance with the required response time
- Diagnosis and troubleshooting of IT equipment
- Creation of service documentation
- Telephone consultations for customers
- Cooperation with R&D development department
- Cooperation with a network of external service technicians
- Valuation of repair costs for customers
Expectations
- Willingness to travel frequently on business
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering
- Basic knowledge of LAN TCP/IP local area network design
- Ability to perform basic router configuration
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating system for LAN diagnosis and configuration
- Basics of electronics
- No contraindications to work at heights
- Driving license cat B
- SEP license up to 1kV
- Experience in electronics repair is welcome
