Service Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Handling service requests in accordance with the required response time
  • Diagnosis and troubleshooting of IT equipment
  • Creation of service documentation
  • Telephone consultations for customers
  • Cooperation with R&D development department
  • Cooperation with a network of external service technicians
  • Valuation of repair costs for customers

Expectations

  • Willingness to travel frequently on business
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering
  • Basic knowledge of LAN TCP/IP local area network design
  • Ability to perform basic router configuration
  • Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating system for LAN diagnosis and configuration
  • Basics of electronics
  • No contraindications to work at heights
  • Driving license cat B
  • SEP license up to 1kV
  • Experience in electronics repair is welcome
