Reporting vulnerabilities and security incidents
This page is intended for reporting vulnerabilities, security incidents and other issues related to the security of DYSTEN products, devices, software and systems. Reports can be submitted using the form below or by e-mail at: security@dysten.pl
After submitting the form, the reporter will receive an automatic confirmation with a report number. Please refer to this number in any further correspondence concerning the case.
Scope of reports
The form is intended for matters related to the security of DYSTEN solutions, including:
- confirmed or suspected vulnerabilities,
- security incidents involving a product or installation,
- attempted unauthorised access,
- issues related to security mechanisms,
- other information that may be relevant to the security of products, systems or users.
For matters not related to security, please use the standard contact form.
Information needed for analysis
To allow us to assess the report efficiently, please provide specific information where possible, including:
- report type: vulnerability / incident / other,
- product name, model or product family,
- serial number or installation name, if available,
- software, firmware or system version,
- description of the issue,
- steps to reproduce the issue,
- possible impact on security, product operation or users,
- information on whether exploitation of the vulnerability has been observed,
- date of discovery,
- reporter’s contact details.
If the vulnerability may have been exploited, please describe what was observed, such as an attempted breach, unauthorised access, system disruption or other signs indicating exploitation of the issue.
Attachments and sensitive data
A supporting attachment may be added to the report, for example a screenshot, PDF document, technical description or ZIP archive.
Allowed file formats: PDF, PNG, JPG, JPEG, ZIP
Maximum attachment size: 10 MB
Please provide only the information necessary to assess and handle the report.
Reports and attachments should not contain:
- passwords,
- logins or access credentials,
- private keys,
- tokens,
- unnecessary personal data,
- information unrelated to the reported issue.
If additional materials are required, DYSTEN may contact the reporter to arrange further transfer of information.
