On August 29, we signed an agreement in Katowice with KZKGOP &#8211; the largest public transport organizer in the country. In the Silesian Voivodeship, we will build Real-time Passenger Information System devices at 462 more stops. The largest RTPI system in Poland will start operating.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4058 size-full\" title=\"462 lokalizacje - DYSTEN wykona najwi\u0119kszy system ITS w Polsce\" src=\"https:\/\/dysten.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/1lr.jpg\" alt=\"Dysten stworzy 462 nowe lokalizacje systemu dynamicznej informacji pasa\u017cerskiej dla przystank\u00f3w autobusowych, tramwajowych, w\u0119z\u0142\u00f3w i centr\u00f3w przesiadkowych\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1178\" \/><\/p>\n<p>On August 29, at the headquarters of the Municipal Communication Association of the Upper Silesian Industrial District in Katowice, a contract was signed for the implementation of the second stage of this large investment worth PLN 36.6 million. The work is 75% co-financed by the Center for EU Transport Projects.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4064 size-full\" title=\"ITS Dysten - dynamiczna informacja pasa\u017cerska w KZKGOP dla 462 przystank\u00f3w tramwajowych, autobusowych, trolejbusowych, centr\u00f3w przesiadkowych\" src=\"https:\/\/dysten.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/7lr.jpg\" alt=\"Dysten zbuduje rozszerzenie systemu ITS na terenie wojew\u00f3dztwa \u015bl\u0105skiego - powstan\u0105 462 nowe instalacje systemu dynamicznej informacji pasa\u017cerskiej\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1071\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The implementation includes design, delivery, assembly, integration, commissioning and maintenance of the system and devices.<\/p>\n<p>The agreement provides for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>400 electronic 6-line double-sided boards with monitoring cameras,<\/li>\n<li>6 electronic 12-line, single-sided boards with monitoring (in Tychy),<\/li>\n<li>50 electronic 6-line double-sided boards with monitoring cameras (Tychy),<\/li>\n<li>6 electronic 6-line double-sided boards with monitoring (Bieru\u0144),<\/li>\n<li>170 mobile devices in vehicles on MZK Tychy lines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The expansion will improve the comfort of travelers but also the safety of all users of public space &#8211; ITS displays will use built-in monitoring cameras, which will allow for quick response by the police or fire brigade if necessary.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4056 size-full\" title=\"Podpisanie umowy KZKGOP - Dysten na najwi\u0119kszy system informacji pasa\u017cerskiej ITS w Polsce i jeden z najwi\u0119kszych w Europie\" src=\"https:\/\/dysten.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/f-podziekowania-nowe-systemy-its.jpg\" alt=\"Podpisanie umowy KZKGOP - Dysten na najwi\u0119kszy system informacji pasa\u017cerskiej w Polsce\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1280\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Special announcements and facilities for visually impaired people<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>In addition to information about upcoming arrivals and departures, the system will enable sending special information &#8211; e.g. weather warnings, messages about delays or canceled courses. As part of the expansion, a uniform passenger information system will also operate in the communes of Tychy and Bieru\u0144.<\/p>\n<p>The tender assumptions required long-term preparations and analyses. This trend is deepening &#8211; dynamic passenger information is provided at rail, tram and bus transfer hubs and individual stops.
