Reports can be submitted using the form below or by e-mail at: security@dysten.pl<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After submitting the form, the reporter will receive an automatic confirmation with a report number. Please refer to this number in any further correspondence concerning the case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Scope of reports<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The form is intended for matters related to the security of DYSTEN solutions, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>confirmed or suspected vulnerabilities,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>security incidents involving a product or installation,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>attempted unauthorised access,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>issues related to security mechanisms,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>other information that may be relevant to the security of products, systems or users.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For matters not related to security, please use the standard contact form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Information needed for analysis<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To allow us to assess the report efficiently, please provide specific information where possible, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>report type: <strong>vulnerability \/ incident \/ other<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>product name, model or product family,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>serial number or installation name, if available,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>software, firmware or system version,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>description of the issue,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>steps to reproduce the issue,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>possible impact on security, product operation or users,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>information on whether exploitation of the vulnerability has been observed,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>date of discovery,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>reporter\u2019s contact details.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the vulnerability may have been exploited, please describe what was observed, such as an attempted breach, unauthorised access, system disruption or other signs indicating exploitation of the issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Attachments and sensitive data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A supporting attachment may be added to the report, for example a screenshot, PDF document, technical description or ZIP archive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Allowed file formats:<\/strong> PDF, PNG, JPG, JPEG, ZIP<br><strong>Maximum attachment size:<\/strong> 10 MB<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please provide only the information necessary to assess and handle the report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reports and attachments should not contain:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>passwords,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>logins or access credentials,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>private
